Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
- The original packaging is intact and undamaged
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Swimcaps
- Zwembrillen (swimming goggles)
- Snorkelsets
- Used or demo wetsuits (from our “Wetsuits demo en gebruikt” category)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our address at 1662 Libellestraat, Venlo, NL 5912KV using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
- Wait for processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we will process your refund:
- Refund method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same item:
- Follow the return process above to send back your original item
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify the desired size/color
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
If the item you want to exchange for is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund you the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
International Returns
For international customers (outside the Netherlands):
- Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund any original customs duties or import taxes
- International returns may take longer to process due to transit times
